Adult Tap - Durrington High School, Worthing

Our Adult Tap Classes are extremely popular with over 75 adults tapping with us every week. We offer 3 different levels to suit the complete novice, all the way up to the experienced tapper.

Tap has numerous benefits for adults ranging from improved co-ordination and balance, to increased memory.

At Durrington High School our class times are-

Tuesday 6.15 - 7.05pm: Beginners Course

Tuesday 7.15 - 8.00pm: Improvers

Tuesday 8.15 - 9.00pm: Advanced
